Today's Workout

30 minutes - Elliptical Machine
10 minutes - Treadmill (on level 5.4)
streches
100 crunches (50 front, 25 each side oblique)
3 reps of 15, 5lb bicep
3 reps of 15, 5lb tricep
3 reps of 15, 50 lb outer thigh
3 reps of 15, 60 lb inner thigh

Training starts one week from today. Will I be ready???
