Wildflower 2007

This past Sunday I completed the Olympic course of the Wildflower Triathlons once again. My orginal goal this time around was to improve my time from last year, but as my life took some unexpected turns and I did not train as much as I should have, I was unable to reach that goal. I did finish and I felt better at the end of it this time around. I believe my fuel and hydration plan was better this year. I think I'm gonna take a break from the longer tris for now, but perhaps I'll seek out some shorter tris in the area just to keep me going. Thanks so much to you all for your well wishes and your support. My final fundraising total for this season was about $3100 and I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks so much and GO TEAM!
