Run Workout
It's been pouring rain for the past few days so I ran at the gym today.
2 miles in 24 minutes on the treadmill
I also did about 10 minutes on the stationary bike before I gave up on trying to get it to fit me. I'll try again another time.

45 pushups
3 x 15 lat pulldown - 40lb
3 x 15 inner thigh - 50lb
3 x 15 outer thigh - 60lb
3 x 15 chestpress - 35lb
