Today's Workout

Since I ran yesterday and I still haven't been able to figure out a good fit on the stationary bikes at the gym, I decided to do the elliptical today. It worked my quads pretty well and I worked up a good sweat.

Elliptical - 30 minutes

Then I did some stretching, arms and core work.

120 situps of different variations
30 pushups
3 x 15 tricep 5lb
3 x 10 bicep 10lb
